For those who notice my last upload on YT, I want to tell you where I am with my quest to go in the basement. Like I can't go downstairs, I decided to find another way for continue. Tried use the key for go on the 2nd floor but obviously, since it's the one I gather in 1st Bowser level, that's not work. Aside the stair and no way to progress, nothing weird happen. But once I go in the Aquarium room for gather some Jolly Roger Bay stars, I remember the Secret Aquarium level.
